Just Include complies with its obligations under the “GDPR” by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.

We collect and process the following data:

  • Full name and email address that you give me to enable us to respond to queries submitted through our contact forms or email that you consent to when submit such form or if you have signed up (given consent) to out receive newsletter through our double in system.

Matomo is used to analyse the behaviour of the website visitors to identify potential pitfalls; not found pages, search engine indexing issues, which contents are the most appreciated… Once the data is processed (number of visitors reaching pages, viewing only one page…), Matomo is generating reports for website owners to take action, for example changing the layout of the pages, publishing some fresh content… etc.

Matomo is an open source web analytics platform. A web analytics platform is used by a website owner in order to measure, collect, analyse and report visitors data for purposes of understanding and optimizing their website. When someone visits this website we site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site.   • The processing of personal data with Matomo is based on legitimate interests; as processing your personal data such as Ip addresses is helping us identify what is working and what is not on our website. For example, it helps us identify if the way we are communicating is engaging or not and how we can organize the structure of the website better. Our team is benefiting from the processing of your personal data, and they are directly acting on the website. By processing your personal data, you can profit from a website which is getting better and better. Without the data, we would not be able to provide you the service we are currently offering to you. Your data will be used only to improve the user experience on our website and help you find the information you are looking for.
  • Contractual necessity enabling me to reply to you and have ongoing contact (i.e. via the contact form on the site or via newsletter).

How your personal data is shared and stored

We will only share personal data with others or third parties were necessary for example to fulfil a query that you have contacted us about and your data remains confidential.

Your personal data is stored on the server that our hosting provider Krystal Hosting LTD uses which is based in London.

Any Personal data that we store i.e. email addresses, names and IP Addresses are stored for 2 years.

Newsletter

If you have signed up to our monthly newsletter , then your data i.e. full name and email is stored on our mailing lists with Mailbluster in Ireland. (Privacy policy).

Our mailing lists are processed through Amazon SES based in Stockholm, Sweden. (Privacy Policy). In order to send you our newsletter.

We will send you an email every 2 years asking if you still consent to be on our mailing list, and if we don’t hear from you, your information will be removed. As always you can unsubscribe at any point.

Your rights in relation to personal data

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with in relation to your personal data:

  • The right to request a copy of the personal data which the owner of Just Include holds about you;
  • The right to request that the owner of  Just Include corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
  • The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for the owner of Just Include to retain such data;
  • The right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time;
  • The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;
